Every time a user accesses a page on Wieland Capital's website, and every time a file is accessed, access data about this process are stored in a log file on our server.
Each record consists of:
- the page from which the file was requested (so-called referrer URL)
- the name of the file
- the date and time of the request (so-called "time stamp")
- the amount of data transferred
- the access status (transfer file, file not found etc.)
- a description of the type of Internet viewer used (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, Opera, etc.)
We store IP addresses in server log files over a period of four weeks. But they are anonymized daily, i.e. the last two parts are alienated, so that identification is no longer possible. The storage takes place for reasons of data security, to guarantee the stability and the operational safety of our internet presence. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR.
2. Processing of content data
If there is the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) on the internet presence, the disclosure of this data by the user is on an expressly voluntary basis pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. Again, your data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Also, there is no link with the above communication data.
3. Recipient of Data
In principle, we do not pass on your data to third parties unless you have consented to this. For the hosting and maintenance of our website, however, we rely on the use of service providers, which we commit to compliance with legal requirements by means of a processing mandate.
